A Study Exploring Soft Skills in Higher Education

چکیده
There is a need for improved skills development within the UK’s Higher Education Institutions (HEI) stemming from disconnect between expectations of employers graduates have and gained during their degree. It well-known now that there clear gap. The present study aims to explore effect students' perception in HEI UK. A total 420 participants completed an online survey as well confidence by rating each skill on Likert scale. paper discusses results light pedagogical strategies developed teach soft HE. concludes with recommendations teaching practice.
